Ana Sellers
Third Grade Assistant Teacher
Ana Sellers was born and raised in Berkeley. She has an associate’s degree in general education with a focus on arts and design. She began working with children in 2016 as a group leader and over the years became an applied behavior analyst, and first job was as an artist at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. Ana’s goal is to become an art therapist and help children, especially those with autism and special needs, through art and creativity. She believes empathy and understanding are the most powerful tools in teaching and hopes to spread joy to every child she encounters. In her personal time, Ana enjoys listening to K-pop, meditating at the beach, and playing with her cat, Yuuli. This is Ana’s second year at BPC, and she is excited about the transition from fourth to third grade assistant teacher. In the coming year, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue building strong bonds with everyone in the BPC community.
